The Bad

TL;DR : the FCC faked a DDOS attack to counter John Oliver's call to post against the nullifying of Net Neutrality.

So what we learn here is first that there is a John Oliver effect, and second that the FCC is so obviously sneaky and stupidly incompetent that it should be the villain in a movie starring Jackie Chan or Steven Seagal.
